Technical characteristics of glamping tents
CONSTRUCTION
The basic floor structure is made of KVH beams, specially prepared for high loads and reliable structural requirements. The tent structure is made entirely of first-class, multi-layer glued BHS beams, produced by a renowned Austrian manufacturer, which guarantees long-term resistance and strength and reduces the cracking of the beams in all weather conditions.
ROOF CANVAS
The roof covering is made of high-quality PVC fabric 787 POLYLAN TENT OPAQUE MATT, weighing 780 g/m2, 1100 dtex, from the well-known Austrian manufacturer SATTLER.
The canvas is polyester, coated on both sides with PVC, which is additionally coated and varnished on both sides and coated with a fungicidal coating with an additional flame retardant. Long-term water and fire resistance is guaranteed in conditions of -45oC to +70oC.
It complies with all European standards for use in all textile constructions.
TENT CANVAS
The inner tent uses 556 TENT CLIMATE WALL SATTLER fabric 430 g/m2, the combination of the breathability of cotton and the strength of polyester guarantees excellent breathability and very high water resistance.
The canvas meets all European standards for use in tent production.
WINDOWS
The windows are made of three layers. The outer layer is made of transparent and highly waterproof PVC, in the middle is a mosquito net that prevents insects from entering, and on the inside is a 556 TENT CLIMATE WALL SATTLER tent fabric.
All rooms have a ventilation opening that ensures gentle air circulation in the tent even when the tent is completely closed.
FLOORS
The floors are made of a solid wooden structure on which an 18 mm OSB board is laid, and as the final layer, highly resistant PVC is installed in a decor chosen by the client.
The terrace flooring can be made of high-quality wood or durable WPC (Wood Plastic Composite), depending on the client's wishes.
PARTITION WALLS
The partition walls are made of solid sandwich construction and covered with refined chipboard.
DECOR CHOICE
Partition walls, kitchen elements and other furniture made of refined chipboard are made in a decor chosen by the client.
